Our pleated disposable panel filters provide higher efficiency and improved airflow compared to standard glass fibre or synthetic panel filters. The pleated non-woven media increases surface area, allowing higher air volumes with lower pressure drop, helping to reduce energy use and running costs.
Available in G4 to F8 filter grades, with a wide range of standard depths and bespoke sizes to suit ductwork and air handling units. Suitable for commercial HVAC applications.

Pleated Disposable Panel Filters
At Building Ventilation Solutions, our Pleated Disposable Panel Filters offer superior efficiency and airflow capacity compared to standard glass fibre or synthetic panel filters of the same size.
How they work:
The filter core is made from reinforced non-woven media, bonded to an expanded metal support grid. The media is then pleated, increasing the filtration surface area by up to three times the face area. This allows the filters to handle higher air volumes with minimal pressure drop, helping to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.

To order, measure your existing pleated filter accurately in millimetres and provide the Height × Width × Depth along with the required quantity.
