Pleated Disposable Panel Filters

At Building Ventilation Solutions, our Pleated Disposable Panel Filters offer superior efficiency and airflow capacity compared to standard glass fibre or synthetic panel filters of the same size.

How they work:
The filter core is made from reinforced non-woven media, bonded to an expanded metal support grid. The media is then pleated, increasing the filtration surface area by up to three times the face area. This allows the filters to handle higher air volumes with minimal pressure drop, helping to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.

• Filter media available in grades F5 – F8

• Custom sizes available to suit your system requirements

Pleated Filters Type AP (Grade G4 to BS EN779)

To order, measure your existing pleated filter accurately in millimetres and provide the Height × Width × Depth along with the required quantity.

Non-Standard / Custom Sizes (mm)

• Minimum: 150 × 150 mm (H × W)

• Maximum: 600 × 650 mm (H × W)

• Depth options: 20, 22, 25, 38, 45, 48, 51, 90, 95, 98, 100 mm
