Ziehl Abegg Axial Fan – FN080-SDA.6N.V7P5 (168784)

The FN080-SDA.6N.V7P5 axial fan (168784) is a heavy-duty ventilation solution featuring aerodynamically optimised aluminium sickle blades, designed for dependable airflow in demanding commercial and industrial environments. Supplied without add-on parts, the fan is suitable for horizontal and vertical mounting positions (H / Vu / Vo), providing installation flexibility.

Powered by a three-phase 400V motor (D/Y, 50Hz), the fan operates at 870/630 rpm with a power input of 1.90 / 1.10 kW, delivering stable performance during continuous operation with occasional starts in accordance with DIN EN 60034-1:2011-02. Integrated thermal contact motor protection enhances operational safety, while long-life ball bearings with permanent lubrication ensure durability and reduced maintenance.

The fan is rated for ambient temperatures up to 60°C, features IP54 ingress protection, THCL 155 insulation, and includes moisture and hot climate protection, making it suitable for challenging environments. Occasional starting is permissible between -40°C and -25°C, with continuous operation below -25°C available on request using special refrigeration-grade bearings.

With an efficiency level of N = 41.0 and static efficiency of 36.3%, the unit is ErP 2015 compliant, though it is non-compliant with ErP 2026 requirements. The fan is supplied with a K62 terminal box mounted on the stator, a fixed rating plate, and wiring diagram 1360-108XA. The stator, rotor, and blades are supplied unpainted.
