LTHW Heating Coils

Custom built to specification.

BVS coils are manufactured using seamless drawn copper tubes to BS EN 12449, mechanically expanded into high-efficiency aluminium fins with die-formed, self-spacing collars. Copper return bends and tubular headers are silver brazed into the tube ends to ensure strength, reliability, and long service life. Flow and return connections are BSP (male) as standard, with integral air vents and drain connections provided. The coil casing is fabricated from heavy-gauge galvanised steel to BS EN 10143, forming a rigid and durable assembly. Tube end plates feature die-formed collared holes, allowing for controlled expansion and contraction of the tubes without risk of damage.
