The GR31I-ZID.DC.CR ventilation unit (Article Code: 116889/A01) is a premium EC centrifugal fan assembly featuring a backward curved ZAmid impeller, engineered for high-efficiency air movement in demanding commercial and industrial ventilation systems. The unit is driven by a ZAbluefin ECblue motor with an integrated VSD and ECblue BASIC-MODBUS controller, enabling precise speed control, energy optimisation, and seamless BMS integration.
Designed to operate on three-phase 380–480V, 50/60Hz, the fan delivers a power input of 2.40 kW at speeds up to 3700 rpm. With an overall efficiency of N = 80.8 and static efficiency of 74.3%, the unit is fully ErP 2015 compliant and ErP 2026 compliant as a complete fan, ensuring long-term regulatory compliance.
The fan is rated for ambient temperatures up to 55°C, with a minimum operating temperature of -20°C, and features IP55 ingress protection, THCL 155 insulation, and integrated active temperature management for motor protection. Additional durability is provided through moisture and hot climate protection, long-life ball bearings with permanent lubrication, and balancing quality G 6.3 for smooth, low-vibration operation.
Installation flexibility is supported with horizontal and vertical mounting positions (H / Vu / Vo) and a rigid mounting design. The unit includes an inlet nozzle with integrated airflow measuring device, manufactured from galvanised sheet steel. The stator is unpainted, while the rotor, impeller, and motor suspension are finished in RAL 5002 (ultramarine blue), with resistance class 1 coatings for enhanced durability.
Supplied without isolation for structure-borne sound, the fan is intended for rigid mounting applications. The impeller is fixed to a D-flange, with a motor suspension size of 333 × 373 mm and a 450 × 450 mm suction-side fan dimension. The unit is UL listed (E213826) and supplied with fixed rating plates and directional arrows for clear identification.
