The ZN063-ZIL.DG.V7P2 ZAplus axial fan (Article No. 184707) is a compact, high-performance ventilation solution designed for commercial and industrial applications requiring efficient airflow and advanced control. The fan is equipped with aerodynamically optimised sickle blades manufactured from high-performance composite material, combined with a round wall ring plate to enhance airflow efficiency and reduce noise.
Powered by a ZAplus Ontop ECblue motor with integrated VSD (MK116-0017) and ECblue BASIC-MODBUS controller, the fan enables precise speed regulation, energy optimisation, and seamless integration with building management systems. Operating on three-phase 380–480V, 50/60Hz, the unit delivers a power input of 1.15 kW at speeds up to 1200 rpm.
The fan achieves an overall efficiency of N = 64.8 and a static efficiency of 58.7%, and is ErP 2015 compliant, ensuring reduced energy consumption and regulatory compliance. Rated for ambient temperatures up to 60°C, the fan features IP55 ingress protection, THCL 155 insulation, and IE5 motor efficiency, making it suitable for demanding operating environments.
Motor protection is provided via integrated active temperature management, while long-life ball bearings with permanent lubrication ensure reliable, low-maintenance operation. The unit is designed for continuous operation with occasional starts in accordance with DIN EN 60034-1:2011-02, with occasional starting permitted between -35°C and -25°C. Continuous operation below -25°C is available on request using special bearings for refrigeration applications.
Installation flexibility is supported through horizontal and vertical mounting positions (H / Vu / Vo). The fan is supplied with a K07 terminal box mounted on the fan housing, fixed rating plates, an instruction plate, data matrix code, and wiring diagram 1360-422. A powder-coated safety guard (RAL 9005 jet black, resistance class 2) with ring guard grill mounted on the suction side provides enhanced operational safety.
The stator is supplied unpainted, while the rotor is finished in RAL 5002 (ultramarine blue) with resistance class 1 coating. The blades and bell mouth are supplied unpainted black. The unit is supplied as a UL Recognized Component (E213826) and includes moisture and hot climate protection for extended service life.
